5. Prohibited Conduct

You explicitly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited processing activities:

• ⊃ Posting or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• ⊃ Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your corporate or individual affiliation.
• ⊃ Deploying ChatHive for any unauthorized or unlawful commercial purpose.
• ⊃ Interfering with the operation of ChatHive or attempting to gain unauthorized access to its related nodes, systems, or networks.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your metadata as described in the companion Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on ChatHive, including text, graphics, logos, brand icons, and source software, are the property of MegaHoot Technologies, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any asset without our prior written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to ChatHive at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and purge any copies of the application interface in your possession.

ChatHive is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the Service, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness. We disclaim all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegaHoot, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or inability to interact with the platform infrastructure.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MegaHoot Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
